If you don't get out on the web frequently here is a site that has some great ideas.
I want to highlight one of them, it's a finalist for October. The idea will aggregate emergency/disaster information from every media source including tv, radio, blogs, twitter, and more. Published on one page per disaster and then separated into neighborhoods where pertinent, this website could put the info into the hands of the people who need it most.
