I have been reading this blog for a while and just read this post about Balls-On Marketing. I thought it was pretty good, especially:
If you’re afraid to tell people how good you are because you don’t want to come off as self-important, then you have insufficient arrogance. And your business can’t afford that, not for a second. You’ve got to turn that around.Although I don't own my own business, yet, it has a lot to do with how you approach your current position or finding a new one.
