a citizen brand concept?

okay. so i am reading this book because it was recommended to me and then i read this in the new york times.
are we getting to the point where companies are truly putting the two together? product and experience?
just think. i could go to the mall and carry around a fun scanner-gun and shop away, it all gets charged to my credit card, and shipped to my house! how would this be for mom's who have to manage a child or two or three and shop? they can still get out of the house, buy what they need, have it paid for without standing in line, not have to schlep it to the car, and get fun packages that the kids can play with the boxes.
if you sell anything, you need to read citizen brand.
